At the beginning, she had a great idea – founding this Agency. It happened in 1999. Then all the good ideas were coming over and over again, making G7 a bigger, greater, better place to speak about consumers, brands, success, friendship and common sense. Flo’s vision throughout leadership approach has always made her a natural leader. Her human character and leaning towards the people helped her build what G7 is today.

Marinela Guina
COO

For Marinela it is all about shoppers. It is all about their thinking, their behavior, their feelings and attitudes. Everything she does is among consumers and everything she leads is consumer oriented. B eing an expert in one to one contact communication, she knows exactly all the opportunities and limitations of the one to one channels that we use, managing local and international G7 field activity.



Aneta Neagomir

Ane successfully manages what we call People Engagement Model that means best techniques for recruiting, induction, training, payroll and retention. Moreover, she puts all these in practice for all 120 G7 permanent team and more than 2500 collaborators. She always adapted herself and her strategy to the present by maintaining the proper environment for individuals and understanding that human resources mean much more than the “workforce” concept.

Having over 10 years experience, Andrei is leading Grup Sapte team of software developers back-end and front-end, developers driven by a passion for great ideas an innovation. With extensive background in ensuring technical architecture, building and managing CMS, web development and usability, digital media streaming, social media and mobile applications, Andrei is developing and delivering solutions for a variety of on-line projects.

Corina Chiorean
CFO

Corina joined Grup Sapte in 2012 and assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company’s long-term strategy. She has also been developing important tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
